Chef Aaditya Bal returns with Season 3 of Lost Recipes

hot news

Super successful food and travel show, Lost Recipes, is back with a brand new season. Starting from April 28, Chef Aaditya Bal will take viewers on a journey of discovery to a bygone era of culinary traditions. Lost Recipes Season 3 airs on The Epic Channel and EPIC ON, every Thursday at 9 PM.

"It has been a great learning experience on the culinary side as well as an amazing opportunity to come face-to-face with some of our country's most loved communities and people. It's a truly incredible culinary and historical discovery journey through cooking and food," said Chef Aaditya Bal, TV Anchor, Digital Creator, and Food Entrepreneur.

Lost Recipes brings to light recipes and cooking methods lost to time sands. Through extensive research and with the help of food historians and scholars, the show pieces together the stories of various communities across the country and tries to understand their culture through age-old recipes and customs that are no longer in practice.

In Season 3, we will see Chef Bal discovering Maratha flavours in the city of Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Then the journey will continue to the city of Patiala and further on to the misty mountains of Himachal Pradesh to explore some of the older cuisines of the country. The latest season also promises a memorable trip to the Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, before the sojourn winds up with some very interesting recipes in Gujarat, in a town that not many people know even exists.
