Mia Bella brings to you Germany’s famous Oktoberfest this month with a special European food and beer menu. An extensive spread of traditional Bavarian cuisine with different kinds of sausages and a selection of authentic German beers, curated by its corporate chef Piyush, comes to savour your taste buds this Oktoberfest.

Choose from the choicest of salads and sausages, hotdogs and spaghetti from Mia Bella’s Oktoberfest menu. Some of the must try items on the menu include the Double Braised Pork Ribs (Pork Ribs Marinated in Cajun, Pineapple,

Jalapeno & Apple served with BBQ sauce), Cajun Marinated Chicken Pulled Sliders (Succulent pulled Chicken, Tomato, Cheese, Red cabbage salad), Chicken Pichelsteiner One-Pot (Succulent chicken chunks cooked in potato and Paprika sauce served with Herb Rice, Sour Cream) and the Grilled Bratwurst Platter (Served with Mash Potato, Sautéed Vegetables & Pepper Jus).

The celebration is incomplete without the authentic Paulaner Hefe Weissbier beer and the Bira White Ale tap beer. And finally try the Apple Strudel or the Black Forest Cake Slice for dessert.

Oktoberfest originated in Germany in the early 19th century as a way of commemorating and celebrating the royal wedding with a horse race and beer. The festival is celebrated in its present form since the end of the 20th century in Germany and across the world with millions of people congregating and celebrating live music, Bavarian cuisine and German beer over a 16-18 day period.
